Rubens Barrichello首次美國測試 不排除轉行IndyCar的可能

在1月30日，Rubens Barrichello在美國Sebring賽道首次測試了IndyCar賽車。Rubens Barrichello藉由同鄉好友IndyCar車手Tony Kanaan的牽線，受邀獲得了本次測試機會。

39歲的Rubens Barrichello上賽季效力於Williams車隊，但是隨著該隊宣佈簽下Bruno Senna後，Rubens Barrichello不得不和F1說再見。目前F1只剩下HRT還有一個席位，但Rubens Barrichello應該不太可能加盟HRT這種吊車尾的隊伍。
本次測試為期兩天，在1.7英里的短版賽道上舉行，賽車由KV Racing提供。Rubens Barrichello在試車現場接受媒體的採訪時表示，關於未來尚無任何計畫。但是一週前他曾告訴巴西媒體，並未排除轉行IndyCar的可能。
